User Agreement

1. Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and EDU SOFTWARE INFORMATICS DOO. ("Wonoddai"). By creating an account and using our services, you agree to this Agreement.

2. Services

Wonoddai provides PDF document processing services including creation (DOCX/PPTX to PDF), modification (compress, split, combine), and export (PDF to DOCX, PDF to images). All services are powered by Adobe PDF Services API.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the service
One account per person; account sharing is not permitted

4. Credit System

Our service operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased through our secure payment partner and can be used for any available PDF operation. Each operation costs 1 credit. New users receive 10 free credits upon registration.

5. Data Handling

Files uploaded for processing are stored temporarily and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not access, review, or share the content of your files beyond what is necessary to provide the requested service.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Podgorica, Montenegro.
