2. Description of Service

Wonoddai provides professional PDF processing services including document creation, modification, and conversion powered by Adobe PDF Services API. Services are provided on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to perform operations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased through our payment provider LuqaPay
Purchased credits do not expire
Each PDF operation costs 1 credit
New accounts receive 10 complimentary credits
Credits are non-refundable once purchased

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to process illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to compromise the security of our systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wonoddai and EDU SOFTWARE INFORMATICS DOO. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
